Mic Staib lives and works in Vechta, Germany.

For over 25 years, he has been a driving creative force shaping the global fashion industry for leading international brands such as Joop! and adidas. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with high-profile celebrities, visionary designers, and luxury brands at the intersection of art and design.

His passion for painting began in the 1990s while studying fashion design at Pforzheim University under the mentorship of his painting professor, Prof. Klaus Heider.

Staib’s style is inherently surprising and unconventional; he thrives on expressive compositions, relying on contrasting and overlapping colors to bring life to animal subjects, abstract landscapes, portraits, and everyday objects.
